Incredible and friendly shop. They were very helpful in providing information with what was going on with my car. From keeping you informed, to giving you a ride and providing pictures to let you see what they see. The front desk and auto techs were fun to interact with and they got the job done fast as well. These guys are amazing. We came to Yakima from the Hood Canal area for my kids softball games and our car sounded bad as we arrived. We wanted ot checked out before heading home and they found faulty work had been done on our calipers from a month prior. Missing bolt. They went above and beyond to check the entire car and make sure it was safe to drive home 4 hrs away. If this company has a sister company near us, they would be our new mom/pop shop mechanic. 25 Mercedes-Benz AMG GLC 63s: Very happy with these guys thus far. Oil change was fast and very reasonable on pricing . It is incredibly difficult to find trust worthy specialists in the mechanical field, but Autometrics has a great formula on (1)how you are treated as a customer but also (2) how transparent they are. Clearly they know what they’re doing, but they break everything down and send pictures and updates so you are always on the same page. We are placing all our trust in them over dealer since this vehicle is new and so far I am impressed. Terry is very knowledgeable and personable, and Cody will treat you like royalty, committed to EARNING your trust instead of expecting it, very impressive. I've been meaning to write this for a while. I called my car guys at AutoMetrics and said I had to get to my Mom's down in California, fast - could they get my car ready? They got me in first thing the next morning. Did everything. And when I went to pay, they waved me off. Credits, or points, or something... ok, thank you! My mind was going a million directions. They just... took care of my car. Took care of me. Got me on the road. I just got in my car and drove to my Mom. I am so thankful for their help and care. I worked with Cody there yesterday and he was super helpful! If you have Something wrong with your Tesla they can sort it out for you! Great service, I liked the Text based notifications and scheduling. They were able to get me in pretty quick as well! This place is professional. They did a difficult repair on my Prius and charged me $1,000 less than the Toyota dealership quoted me. They have a two year warranty on parts and labor, which tells you the quality of work they do. This is no mom and pop shop. I will definitely come back here if my Prius needs more work! UPDATE: these guys did an awesome job on my Prius! I took it in for more brake work and they spent days on diagnostics and ended up charging me nothing for it! They document everything and it is very transparent. These guys are true professionals. I cannot rate them highly enough.

I had a nightmare experience when my fuel pump in my Mercedes went out on Thanksgiving, but I had the pleasure of speaking with Cody, who made everything so much easier. He got my vehicle in right away, confirmed diagnosis walked me through the entire process, and even offered prices better than the dealer. Despite some unexpected complications, Cody still honored the original price, and I’m truly grateful for that. Their text of the inspection report is an outstanding feature that keeps you fully updated on the status of your vehicle as well as their guarantee on labor and parts gives me even more peace of mind. I went to Toyota and had them service my car. They left a rag under the hood which caused my car to catch fire. Toyota said there was no damage but I came here to get a 3rd party to look at it. Cody was super nice and looked at the car and confirmed that it looked like there was no damage. I’m super lucky that was the case. Toyota brushed me off after seeing there was no damage. That was due to the two nice people that put the rag out so quickly! Super grateful for Cody taking the time to help me out!!

I came in on 2/14/25. I called about 5 hours before they closed on a Friday and explained my situation. Terry let me know that they would be able to diagnose but unfortunately given that it was a Friday and close to closing time they would not be able to fix anything. I completely understood. I came in close to 3PM. They were able to get me in right away and were able to diagnose the issue and fix it. All within an hour! Thankfully it was just a rock stuck between my backplate and brake rotor. So nothing major. Their willingness to find the time to help me really showed me they have amazing customer service! Highly recommend them. Also a plus they filled up all my fluids and washed my car.

Sprinter repairs-Yes! I recently had extensive repairs done to my NCV3 vehicle at Auto Metrics. Front end control arms, shocks, etc, (including the pesky EGR). They handled my requests professionally and with obvious knowledge of the Sprinter. As I was "on the road" I did extensive research looking for a shop that would take ownership of the challenge and understand that we were not based locally. I could have chosen many shops in the Western states but so very glad we went here. Locked yard, uniformed techs, latest database use, spot-less facility. These folks get it! A special shout out to Marcus for doing an extremely thorough tip to tail inspection including code reads and some serious mechanical looking at ALL systems. Exceeded my expectations. We'll be back, even traveling out of our way through Yakima to keep our Sprinter performing top notch. Thank you Auto Metrics- five stars!!

There is a small little disc underneath your seat that says wonder way for it it is blue and we put them in there as a courtesy when we change the oil you can easily remove it and discard it and just let the guys know in the future to not put it in your car and we'll make a note of it.

Long story short AutoMetrics is the best mechanic shop I've ever delt with and wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I'm from out of town and was just passing through Yakima when my car's brakes failed just north of town. It was the afternoon before a holiday weekend and every mechanic in town was booked and wouldn't even be able to take a look at my car for days. Valentine at Autometrics was an absolute lifesaver here and promised to fit me in for a diagnostic check right away. They gave me rides around town while I waited, and ended up getting a major brake job done in half a day and for less money than I was origianlly quoted. Long story short they got the job done under budget and faster than promised, while throwing in a full car inspection and wash for free! Valentine, if you see this, thanks for saving my butt.

Hands down best shop in town. Best customer service, honest. Best technicians who take pride in their work. They keep you updated with a full report of your vehicle. They don’t leave your steering wheel greasy or seat dirty like some places. They have common courtesy to make sure your vehicle was better then when it came in. you get what you pay for I wouldn’t trust any other shop than Autometrics.

I had a minor mechanical emergency. I went to three shops and nobody could get me in, each sent me some place else. These guys made it happen. Got a tech on the problem, found the problem, got the part, installed and tested. And test drive as a double check. In our crazy winter weather that was very much appreciated. Their shop is spotless clean with a pleasantly quiet waiting room. They service all makes and models, mine happened to be older but got the great care of a much newer higher end car. My car had a list of significant repairs needed after being hit by a pick up. Autometrics, Valentine in particular, was stellar! With each inspection and identification; pictures, videos, and an estimate was provided. I was kept up to date with each step in the procedure. When my insurance company, Allstate, had questions, Valentine spoke with them and was able to provide specifics and detailed information enabling my insurance company to make an informed decision to cover the expenses. I have great respect and appreciation for AutoMetrics quality workmanship, professionalism, and intermittent honest communication.

I own a 2020 Audi Q7 and was having to travel to Audi Tri-Cities for any kind of service. Art in service at Audi Tri-Cities gave me the name of AutoMetrics here in Yakima so I wouldn't have to travel for minor things like an oil change. I called AutoMetrics immediately and Terry promptly got my Audi in for service. They went beyond my expectations and my Audi was serviced in a timely manner. After my Audi was serviced, we made an appointment to have our 2010 Toyota Tundra Platinum serviced. They fixed things that even the Toyota dealership couldn't fix. Terry, Valentine and Cody are the best. They explained every detail of the service with accompanying photos. We will be taking our vehicles to AutoMetrics for all our needs. BTW - AutoMetrics even replaced our windshield wiper blades on the Toyota. This was an issue we had with the Yakima dealership. We had it in four different times trying to get JUST the wiper blades correct. AutoMetrics got it right the FIRST time. Thank you AutoMetrics!!

Not a hood one I just say they replaced the motor mounts on my Porsche panamara because they diagnosed a clinking noise replace all four and noise still there in front and back . I have to take it back in thank god they have warranties work

My first experience with AutoMetrics. My Tesla Model S had the tire pressure sensor warning light showing but the tire pressure was at the appropriate pressure. AutoMetrics technician found the problem was not an issue they could help with. The staff was courteous, gave me a lift to my work while my car was being diagnosed. They did not charge me for their time.

My 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee developed a loud tick in engine. Sounded like a lifter problem to me. Took it to Autometrics based on theirs reviews. After their basic diagnostic it was thought there was a timing chain guide problem. The valve cover was removed and lifters inspected. When the timing chain could be visually inspected there was not a problem there. The next step would have been to remove oil pan and continue inspection but this would have escalated the cost greatly. Since I was already into project for almost $700 I declined to continue and asked they just put it back together. I picked up and had driven less than 30 miles when oil leaked from valve cover causing smoke and starter problem. I had Jeep towed from Costco parking lot back to Autometrics. The tow truck driver commented on their good reputation and how many vehicles he takes there. The gasket was replaced, engine steam cleaned, and starter replaced at no charge. In the end, I plan to just drive with the noise until it fails and then decide if I want to have engine replaced. Sorry about the long tale of woe but thought you should have the whole story. I couldn’t give them five stars because problem was not diagnosed. Was that their problem or just mine for buying a Jeep? I don’t know. I would give them five stars for communication during the whole process. I was contacted at each step and made aware before spending more time/money. I also appreciate how the oil leak problem was handled. They did not try to blame it on something else but instead took responsibility and made it right. Made me more comfortable about their honesty since this was my first experience with their shop. Cody was patient with all my questions throughout the process.

Luckily autometrics has the skillset to work on a Volvo. I had damage done to my vehicle at Les Schwab in Selah and they weren't able to repair what they damaged. I took my car in and they found the problem right away and fixed it the first time after a month of the issue continuing. Go to them if you have a foreign car.

My wife Susan and I took her 2011 Toyota Avalon to AutoMetrics to have the spark plugs replaced and the transmission flushed and refilled. They do not work cheap, but they do GOOD work and the prices are fair. If you want it fixed the first time, professionally and correctly, they are the best in the business in Yakima. Good mechanics have families, too. And the best shops do not try to attract you by offering cheap rates and fudging on the work. The best shops charge you a fair rate for sometimes difficult work and you will drive away knowing your car was fixed, and fixed RIGHT.

While hauling a 5th wheel trailer on Friday before Labor Day, Our Truck broke down for no discernable reason. Truck was towed to Autometrics were we had a very good, clear and factual experience with Cody Conduff. The shop was well-appointed, and Cody made me feel confident of their capacity to diagnose the problem and perform the work needed. They also have a shuttle service that delivered me to the RV Storage lot where the trailer was towed, collected my wife and then delivered us to the airport car rental location. The driver was beyond courteous, professional and refused our gratuity! Communication with the shop was excellent thereafter both verbally and via a great text messaging program which included photos of the damaged parts. After the Labor Day shutdown, they promptly discovered the failure in the (4WD) Transfer case and sourced the necessary replacement part. As soon as the part was delivered, they performed the repair. As an out-of-towner, I feel very fortunate to find Autometrics reliable, reasonable and no-nonsense. I would recommend them to my family and friends if I had any in their area. Overall, I give them 10 out of 10 because they earned it!

I own a 2013 BMW, and we have been trying to find a servicer in the Yakima valley for awhile. We had the car in a different shop 3x to deal with a whistling issue coming from the motor. After spending 1200 dollars elsewhere, we learned that the original shop didn't even repair the actual issue. AutoMetrics was quick, honest about prices up front, and my car is driving better than ever. They were transparent throughout their entire process. We will definitely only be using them for my BMW in the future.
